We understand that the COVID-19 virus has created health and safety concerns throughout the community. We take these concerns very seriously. In an effort to protect our customers and our employees, we are implementing the following additional precautions, effective immediately:
You can now order your pool and spa products a day ahead, either by phone or here on our website. We will place your items out front the following day for your pick up at our brick and mortar store located at 401 S Pacific Hwy in Talent. Please note, if ordering online, payment will still have to take place by phone as we are not currently set up to receive online payments.
We ask that if you or anyone in your home has experienced COVID-19-like symptoms within 14 days of your scheduled service, please notify SVPS personnel before your scheduled appointment.
SVPS will observe social distancing with customers of 6 feet or greater when servicing equipment. To assist with these efforts, all service arrangements—such as information on accessing systems or areas needing service—should be communicated at the time of making an appointment. Ideally, service work should be performed without in-person contact between the customer and SVPS personnel.
